Allison Copp lives in the local area with her husband and three boys. She has been a figure skating instructor for over seventeen years and has been teaching Red Cross swimming programs for over twenty-three years. Allison began studying pilates with Tiarra Bentley in the summer of 2009. Since that time, she has achieved her IM=X BASIC FLOOR and XERCIZER certifications and is in the process of completing her SUPER ADVANCED certifications. She currently teaches a variety of classes, as well as private clients, at the Acton-based studio. Allison is passionate about teaching the IM=X programs as she feels they are a wonderful blend of therapeutic and strength training exercises. She has achieved amazing personal results - - just ask her about them! |

| Lorae McCall is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, a USA Triathlon Certified Level 1 Coach, a Mad Dogg Certified Spinning instructor, and an AASDN Nutrition Specialist. Although originally a Computer Science Engineer, Lorae found her true calling as a personal trainer and coach. She teaches pilates, indoor cycling, muscle strengthening, and sports specific training. Lorae believes that a regular fitness routine and healthy eating habits can help people of any age or fitness level to improve their overall health, wellness, and quality of life. She enjoys working with people who want to make a change in their health or approach to exercise and is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals. Lorae enjoys the challenge of pursuing her own athletic goals, competing in triathlons, and managing an active family. |
